Information we collect

When you complete our enquiry form we collect:

• your full name;
• your email address and UK phone number;
• your property postcode;
• the service you are interested in and how you heard about us;
• any message you choose to send us.

We also store a one-way encrypted version of your IP address for a short period. This is used only to limit automated spam submissions.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a call or property assessment.
• To provide information about the management services you have asked about.
• To keep a record of enquiries so that nothing is lost.
• To protect the website from spam and misuse.

Our lawful bases are your consent (given when you tick the consent box) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell or rent your information.

Booking a call

Our booking buttons open a Google Calendar appointment page. Any details you enter there are processed by Google in line with its own privacy notice, and shared with us so we can hold the appointment.

Storage, sharing and retention

Enquiries are stored in a secure, access-controlled database and sent to our business email address. We use trusted service providers for website hosting, database storage and email delivery, who act on our instructions only.

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months, or longer where we go on to provide services to you and need the records for contractual, accounting or legal reasons.

Cookies and analytics

Your rights
